Am 27.6.2017 wurde von der Konferenzpräsidentin eine neue Fassung des Entwurfs für einen Verbotsvertrag vorgelegt, die jetzt für die weiteren Verhandlungen als Diskussionsgrundlage dient
IALANA international ist als NGO an den Verhandlungen beteiligt und hat inzwischen sechs Diskussionspapiere eingebracht,
die ersten drei während der ersten Konferenzphase im März 2017, die weiteren jetzt für die zweite Phase der Verhandlungen:
